Kevin Durant has not played a minute in the National Basketball Association (NBA) yet. He is months away from scoring his first point as a professional basketball player. Nevertheless, Kevin Durant is sixty million dollars ($60,000,000.00) richer, thanks to Nike:

“BEAVERTON, Ore. — Kevin Durant signed a seven-year, $60 million endorsement deal with Nike that includes a $10 million signing bonus, the second-largest rookie deal in basketball.”
