Passenger Rights Affirmed by Canadian Court

In a court ruling certain not be please the airlines, the Supreme Court of Canada reaffirmed the rights of obese fliers:

“Obese people have the right to two seats for the price of one on flights within Canada, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled on Thursday.”

This may be a precedent in civil litigation that other airlines will have to follow. One person is only charged one fare. Kudos to the Canadian Courts.
